REQUISITOS
- Ensure the proper management of personnel and material resources during the life cycle of the integrated service management
- Attend to the needs of assigned personnel in a timely manner, as well as follow up on their performance with the organization (policies, values, processes, guidelines, practices, etc.) and the client (quality of service/deliverables)
- Understand the client’s business plans (market, technology, processes, etc.), and proactively identify areas of opportunity where we can collaborate, support or advise
- Establish active collaboration with service areas in order to meet service delivery needs
